Connecting to a Network Management System

If your network uses a NMS, use the following Configurator or CLI procedures to configure the NMS virtual port on the Passport 4400.

Before You Begin

You will need to obtain the following information from your network administrator:

• IP address of the third-party router.
• DLCI for connections across the public network.
