Regeneration Delay

The Regeneration Delay parameter is used to select the amount of delay, ranging from 0.1 to 15 seconds (1 to 150 tenths of a second), required to compensate for the time it takes for the remote PBX to go off-hook and provide dial tone back to the voice channel for completing the call setup. The range of values is stated in tenths of a second (0.1 second), and the default setting is 10 (tenths of a second).

This option works in conjunction with the ingress and egress tables and their respective manipulation strings to allow users to dial a single number to reach a site accessed through multiple extensions.
