Configurator Procedure for Setting the DS0 Connection

1. To set the DS0 configuration, Select Configure, Physical Interfaces, CSU, and T1 or E1. You will see the Physical Interface (T1 or E1) window.
2. Select the applicable port. You will see the T1 or E1 CSU window:



3. Locate the DS0 Connection field. Enter a list or range of DS0 channel numbers.

Note: For E1 CSU, Time Slot 16 cannot be used as a B-channel to carry data. You must ensure your service provider does not use this channel.



4. Click Save. A "Command Successful" appears.
