Use add gcm timer to add timing parameters to the GCM timer table.

:INTEGER (1..255)

Identifies the timer entry in the gcm timer table.

<UnitIndex>

:INTEGER (1..3)

An index value that identifies an entry in the GCM unit table. Each unit table entry represents one unit where primary and backup links are linked together to a unit.

<InactStartHour>

:INTEGER (0..23)

Indicates the start hour for inactivity. This is based on system time.

<InactStartMin>

:INTEGER (0..59)

Indicates the start minute for inactivity. This is based on system time.
